MEET Heidi: Massage Therapist

Massage therapy is more than just a treatment to Heidi, it's an opportunity to help you realign, recharge, and reconnect with your body. As a 2025 graduate of massage therapy, Heidi combines evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and targeted passive stretching with deeply restorative modalities including relaxation massage, hot stone therapy, and hot bamboo treatments. Every session is thoughtfully customized to ease physical tension while supporting your overall well-being through personalized aromatherapy, intuitive energy balancing, and crystal work when desired. 

 Living with Type 1 Diabetes has given Heidi a personal understanding of how challenging it can be when your body feels unfamiliar or unpredictable. This experience has inspired a passion for working with individuals living with autoimmune disorders, chronic conditions, or anyone who feels disconnected from their body. Heidi's goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can rebuild trust, comfort, and confidence in themselves.  

Outside the treatment room, you'll often find Heidi hiking, paddleboarding, baking, writing, or advocating for local wildlife. Heidi brings that same mindful, nature-inspired approach into every massage session, believing that meaningful healing begins when we slow down and listen to what our bodies are telling us.
